Lux Corp Sp. z o.o. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Cashflow Architect mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Cashflow Architect is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
Data you enter: All financial data (assets, liabilities, deals, calculations) that you input into the App is stored locally on your device only using an on-device database. We do not have access to this data.
Preferences: Your language and currency preferences are stored locally on your device.
Google Account (optional): If you choose to use the Google Drive backup feature, we request access to your Google account solely to create and manage backup files in your Google Drive. We only access a dedicated app folder and do not read any other files in your Drive.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect personal identification information (name, address, phone number) unless you voluntarily provide it through support channels.
We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or behavioral data.
We do not use tracking technologies, cookies, or advertising identifiers.
We do not serve advertisements within the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
Any data you enter into the App is used solely to provide the App's functionality:
Display your financial overview (assets, liabilities, net worth, cash flow)
Back up and restore your data via Google Drive (only if you opt in)
4. Data Storage and Security
All App data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database.
If you use Google Drive backup, your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored in your personal Google Drive account, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not store any of your data on our servers.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
Google Play Services: Required for Google account authentication.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any other third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.
You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through your device settings.
If you have used Google Drive backup, you can delete your backup files directly from your Google Drive.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access all your data (it is already fully accessible within the App)
Delete your data at any time (uninstall the App or clear app data)
Opt out of Google Drive backup at any time by signing out within the App
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
