AlphaPulse (the “App”) is a market-research and trade-journal utility published by LuxCorp IT Division (“we”, “us”). This document explains what information the App handles, why, and your rights under the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Summary

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our own servers.
The App has no user accounts, no login, no advertising SDK, and no analytics SDK.
All trade-journal entries and settings live only on your device.
The App calls public market-data APIs over HTTPS to render quotes, option chains, news headlines and the economic calendar.

2. Data we process

2.1 Data stored on your device

None of the items above leave your device. Uninstalling the App removes them.

2.2 Network requests

To render market information, the App issues anonymous HTTPS requests to the following third-party endpoints. The requests contain no personal identifiers beyond what every HTTPS client sends (IP address, user agent string).

Each provider operates its own privacy policy and may log your IP address according to its terms. We have no business relationship with these providers and we receive no data back from them about you.

2.3 Permissions

Android permission	Why

`ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`	Detect connectivity to show offline / retry states.

The App requests no other permissions: no contacts, location, microphone, camera, files, or device identifiers.

3. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly process data from them.

4. Security

All outbound traffic uses TLS. On-device storage is sandboxed by Android to the App’s private directory. We do not implement additional encryption because no personal or sensitive financial data is collected.

5. Your rights (GDPR / equivalent laws)

Because no personal data leaves your device, we cannot identify you. You may exercise the right to erasure at any time by uninstalling the App or by clearing its storage in Android Settings → Apps → AlphaPulse → Storage.

6. Disclaimer

AlphaPulse is provided for educational and research purposes only. It is not investment advice, an offer to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to enter any trade. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

7. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the Effective date above and publish the new version at the same URL. Material changes will additionally be announced inside the App.
